Red Box Media is producing a series of Fundamentals in Sport videos, to coach the coaches how to deal with the very basics in sport.  We had a large crew at Tollymore Outdoor Centre and Dundrum Bay filming the basics of canoeing, balance, co ordination and agility.  Here are some of the guys after a long day’s shoot at Dundrum.  We are now editing GAA fundamentals and having a ball with the guys from the various sports and Sport NI.
